First Impression: When ExtremeLures first sent me a couple of the Megabait Seaboz lures to try out on our 10 day trip I opened the package and my first thought was, WOW, these are gonna catch fish. The Seaboz is a Marauder type trolling lure but much cooler looking and quite a bit less expensive, about $15.00 for the 6" and $21.00 for the 9.5". The Seaboz comes rigged with 2 heavy duty Mustad hooks & swivels. Another nice feature was the welded ring that connects the lure to your line.

In The Field: As we approached Alijos Rocks on on the Red Rooster III Andy told us to put the jigs out while we looked around for signs of fish. The spread consisted of2 Marauders and 2 Seaboz. Several minutes later a Wahoo could'nt resist the red & black Seaboz then the silver & black Seaboz was hit.This was a good sign and the lures received a lot of attention. Over the next several days we kept track of how many fish were caught on the troll and the Seaboz accounted for over 27 Wahoo. They out performed any lure that was trolled by about 3 to 1.
