I have never had experience with a two speed conversion. Is it worth it or is it better to just get new stuff :D

No experience either with a conversion, but I'd assume buying new today would be the way to go - especially when you start to compare todays 2-speed penns and tiagras with the avets and accurates. I'd may consider it for a 12 or a 16T, but everything else I'd go new......Opinions are like buttholes though......everyone's got one!
