I have a little private lake near my home and man the bass are starting to move. That little lake is known for kicking out fish in the 2-3lb range regularly using 4 inch pumpkin seed with a curly tail. However on Friday I had a bluegill bite off the end of the tail and the bass loved it. Amazing how such a little change can make such a big difference.

Weekend totals for 4 hours: 19 bass smallest 2lbs largest 5.25lbs.

Sounds like a ton of fun to me. LMB and bluegill? Talk about light line fun...

Can we come visit your private lake too? 8)
