Short report. Butt tired.

Fished from open to close on a "deluxe" bass boat with a friend named Griffing. Caught some nice fish shallow in the morning. Metered fish deeper in main lake points but the current and wind was no match for the aluminum boat and weak trolling motor. Got frustrated trying to catch these deeper fish, and decided to work secondary points.

Caught yet another trout! This is the third consecutive trip I've caught a large holdover while bass fishing (2 the last two bass tournaments, argh!).
Today's trout was not as big or strong as the last two, but I will still enjoy eating it, lol.

Well, I will post Griffin's pics once I receive them from his camera and chat with ya'll later.

This fish spat up a sculpin.

Man, those are some nice bass! The quality trout was quite a bonus, huh?

I've always wanted to fish DVL. My mother-in-law doesn't live too far from it, but I don't have anyone with a boat close. Any info you'd be willing to share?

Thanks for the report.
