Well, don't put away those bass sticks yet! We have been catching fish up to 8 pounds out at Vail lake in Temecula. Using plastic crawdads have been the ticket with a brass and glass texas rig.

The biggest came on a spinnerbait that a friend of mine bounced off a rock pile.

Going out again next week. Should be even better! Cold as heck but fishing is hot!
